Protected privacy
Your data is used only to guarantee the reservation.
Children
Children who are under three years of age at the date of stay, stay free of charge; they should not be counted in the reservation but please inform us about their presence.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival date, we will refund 100% of the deposit. We charge a small cancellation fee of max. 20 Euros for processing the refund. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
Payment method
Credit/debit card. To confirm the reservation, a payment of 30% of the booking amount is required. The remaining amount will be charged on the same card one day before arrival. Make sure that one day before check-in the card is valid and the balance amount is available. DO NOT USE VIRTUAL CARDS.
Crib and high chair
20 Euros per day.
Pets
10 Euros per day, maximum two pets per apartment.
Local tax
2 Euros per day for guests over 12 and for the first four days (subject to change).
